You have a 14-days window period to utilize our refund and returns policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we would be unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund and return, your product must be (1) unused, (2) in the same condition that you received it, (3) in the original packaging, and (4) completed with a receipt or proof of purchase.


Provided that your products are eligible for refund and return, we would credit the value of purchase to your debit/credit card or your original method of payment within 30 days from the acceptance of the refund and return.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days, you can contact either your credit card company or your bank as they have processing time delay before crediting the refund to you.

Sale products

Only regular priced products may be refunded or returned.

Shipping returns

Please mail the product you have purchased to 200 Victoria Street, #03-05B Bugis Junction, 188021 Singapore.

Do note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance if you are returning high value products as we are unable to guarantee the reliability of shipping services.


Services purchased under sales promotion are ineligible for our sales and returns policy.

We can freeze your package under certain extenuating circumstances such as being unfit for treatment, pregnancy, being away from Singapore for a long period of time etc.

Once you book a session with us, if you would like to reschedule or cancel the session, you have to do it at least 12 hours before the session to not be penalized with a deduction of a session.

The Management reserves the right to, in unavoidable circumstances, to make changes to or cancel the appointment without prior notice. Other terms & conditions apply, and the Management reserves to right to change any of terms and conditions without prior notice. We may from time to time amend these Terms and Conditions which you are required to update yourself of. You are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions so amended upon your use of this Website or the Website Services following such amendment.
